Live Traffic Info PWA
A progressive web app delivering real-time public transport departure information for Budapest commuters. Built as a fast, installable web application, the app pulls live schedule data and displays upcoming departures by stop, helping thousands of daily commuters plan their journeys in real time.
Membership Site & Coaching Platform
Built the original concept and technical foundation for a membership platform supporting a well-known speaker and coach's online program, later scaling it onto WordPress as the project grew. As the team expanded to include additional developers, designers, and infrastructure specialists, my role shifted to coordinating development activities and translating the founder's vision into clear technical requirements.
Multi-Site Platform for a Website-Building Service
Designed and built a managed multi-site solution supporting paid subscribers of a website-building platform aimed at ministries and religious organizations. The system allowed each subscriber to launch and manage their own site from a shared, centrally maintained platform, balancing individual customization with consistent backend management.
